What are our products?

The core component of IXPE underlayment with attached pad is electron beam radiation crosslinked polyethylene, specifically composed as follows:
1. Substrate: Low-density polyethylene (LDPE) is the main raw material, supplemented with a small amount of EVA and other modifying agents to ensure basic toughness and plasticity.
2. Core Process: Electron beam radiation crosslinking technology is used, without the addition of chemical crosslinking agents. Irradiation alters the molecular structure, forming a uniform and dense network of closed-cell foam structures (independent closed pores, no interconnected pores).
3. Functional Optimization Components: Foaming agents, lubricants, coupling agents, antibacterial agents, or aluminum foil coating layers can be added as needed to improve foaming uniformity, processing smoothness, antibacterial properties, and thermal conductivity and reflection effects.
