① Stronger and More Flexible Than XPE/IXPE: Compared to ordinary polyethylene (PE) foam, 1-3mm EVA Foam Underlayment has better resistance to compression and deformation, and is less prone to collapse under long-term heavy pressure.
②More economical than cork/rubber: While providing the same moisture-proofing effect, EVA has a greater advantage in cost control.

1.High-density closed-cell structure: The unique closed-cell foaming process ensures that the material hardly absorbs water and has an extremely low moisture permeability rate. It can effectively block the rising moisture from underground, protecting the floor from moisture damage and prolonging the service life of the floor.
2.Thickness accuracy (1-3mm):
1mm: Suitable for scenarios where extremely high precision in floor flatness is required and a very thin transition is desired (such as directly fitting onto SPC lock-down flooring).
2mm: It strikes a balance between the height of the space and the foot sensation, and is currently the most commonly used specification on the market.
3.Effective noise reduction (decompression and sound insulation): It can significantly reduce the impact sounds during walking, creating a quiet living environment for users living in apartments or multi-story houses.

1.What is the applicable range of the 1-3mm EVA Foam Underlayment?
(1)Applicable flooring: reinforced composite flooring, solid wood composite flooring, SPC stone plastic lock-down flooring, LVT elastic flooring.
(2)Applicable substrates: Cement mortar leveling layer, ceramic tile floor, wooden substrate (plywood/EOS board), floor heating surface (please confirm the temperature resistance, usually the EVA has a temperature resistance range of -20℃ to 60℃).
(3)Applicable scenarios: Family residences, apartments, gyms, children's activity areas, commercial showrooms, hotel guest rooms
2.What is the production cycle and payment method like? What is the MOQ?
The production cycle is 20 -25 days, and the payment method is L/C or T/T. The MOQ is generally 20GP container, and we support customers to place trial orders.
3.What should I do if the goods are damaged after receiving them?
Please inspect and take photos within 7 working days after receiving the goods and notify us. We will, based on the extent of the damage, reissue it for free in the next order or negotiate other compensation plans
