The core is a 12mm high-density fiberboard (HDF) with a melamine moisture-resistant coating.

Pattern Alignment Test: Every 10th board is checked to ensure the embossed texture matches the printed grain within ±0.2mm. No mismatched lines at the seams.
Click Joint Durability: The Unilin-style locking system is tested with 100 assembly/disassembly cycles to make sure it stays tight, even with temperature changes.
Formaldehyde Emission: We send samples to a third-party lab for EN 13986 testing, and results consistently stay below the E1 standard (≤0.124mg/m³).
UV Coating Inspection: The wear layer gets 3 UV passes, then checked under black light to make sure there are no gaps in coverage.
From our experience, the only real limitation is installation precision. Unlike standard planks, this parquet needs a dry run first to avoid pattern mismatches at room corners. It also works best with underfloor heating kept between 18–26°C; extreme swings can stress the HDF core over time .
Based on 5 years of field data, this laminate lasts 10–15 years in homes, and 7–10 years in commercial spaces.
