12mm Synchronized EIR Laminate Flooring adopts the core EIR technology and 12mm hdf high-density base material, balancing stability and durability. Equipped with a lock to ensure a firm installation.

2.The core is 12mm HDF（optional MDF） and it has an extremely strong resistance to dry cracking and can be used in floor heating areas. Moreover, it is wear-resistant at AC4 level or above, easy to maintain, and saves time and effort. The following are various wear-resistant application scenarios；
Ac1-moderate residential use (like bedrooms and closets)
Ac2-generalresidential use (like living rooms and kitchens)
Ac3-heavyresidential use or moderate commercial traffic
AC4-general commercial traffic
HDF is more resistant to dry cracking and more durable than MDF.

1.What is the "EIR" technology?

Residential: All indoor rooms that are dry and may occasionally get wet (such as living rooms, bedrooms, corridors, dining rooms, and home offices).
Business: Retail stores, cafes, offices, boutique hotels, exhibition halls and other medium and low-traffic commercial areas.
Note: It is not recommended for use in full bathrooms, saunas and other places that are constantly damp or in direct contact with water.
3.What is the production cycle and payment method like? What is the MOQ?
The production cycle is 20 -25 days, and the payment method is L/C or T/T. The MOQ is generally 20GP container, and we support customers to place trial orders.
