The Black Walnut Sunflower Laminate Parquet Flooring is not a simple surface print. We use a 6-color high-definition digital printing system to replicate the natural grain of black walnut wood.
Each plank is carefully mapped into a radial sunflower layout, ensuring the wood grain flows naturally from the center outward. When installed, the pattern forms a continuous visual field across multiple panels, creating a more natural and integrated parquet effect.
Unlike low-resolution decorative films, this system delivers consistent color depth and realistic texture across large installations.
We use an HDF core with a density of 850 kg/m³.
This is 15% denser than the standard 700 kg/m³ core used in budget laminates.
On top, we add a 0.3mm wear layer rated AC4.
This means it’s tested to withstand heavy residential use, including pet traffic and moving furniture.
The backing is a moisture-resistant resin layer, which helps prevent warping in high-humidity areas like kitchens or bathrooms.
Traditional laminate parquet often repeats every single plank, which creates visible grid lines and reduces visual realism.
For Black Walnut Sunflower Laminate Parquet Flooring, we designed a 4-panel repeating system. This reduces pattern repetition and improves spatial continuity. Combined with a 4-sided bevel edge, each plank better simulates real parquet shadow joints and depth.
Every batch is produced on our 2.4m-wide digital printing line.
This allows us to print large, seamless patterns without visible seams between runs.
Before packaging, each panel goes through three checks:
Pattern alignment under LED light
Thickness tolerance (±0.1mm)
Click lock fit test with a pressure jig
We also run every batch through a 72-hour temperature cycle test (from -10°C to 50°C).
This simulates seasonal changes to ensure the pattern doesn’t crack or peel.
Unlike traditional wood parquet, this laminate uses a drop-and-lock system.
One installer can lay 30㎡ in half a day, without needing glue or nails.
We pre-align the pattern on the panel.
There’s no guesswork or custom cutting on-site, which reduces installation errors by over 40%.
The panels are also pre-sanded at the edges.
This eliminates the “rough edge” problem common with cheap printed laminates.

The best results are achieved in stable humidity environments, between 40% and 60%.It works well in:
